# PostgreSQL 运行账迁移

后续在此目录添加版本化 SQL（inbox / outbox / checkpoint / 任务认领等）。

- 只对当前环境变量 `PG_DATABASE` 执行（新系统 `inquiry_robot_runtime`）。
- **禁止**对现网 `ytd_runtime` 执行迁移。
- 骨架阶段不建业务表。
