停发填写样例图，同群只跟当前工单，重量体积统一为 KG/CBM。

必填核对后再建单；多条线路走 H5 点选；费用只展示该线路 TMS 回包，不套用整单空运费。

jillion886andCursor 83b907c4b8 修复空运锁舱签名、报价编号落库和查价 Token 失效重试。 
锁舱按签名原字节出站，查价要带上 TMS 真实 quoteId/optionNo；收到 2001 换令牌再查，避免工单建了却提示查询失败。

群里按 BOT 通道激活当前工单、航线报价和成交跟进；没有 TMS 报价编号时用工单字段补齐仍调锁舱，避免被本地规则拦住。
