jillion886andCursor 6141978a9e 空运协同里手工改费用、有起运地、锁舱失败或缺参会被误判，报价单已出后再激活又重发模板。按销售侧口径收紧这些分支，并让价格卡和未成交回执带上真实工单号。

jillion886andCursor 43e633f359 修好多段含空运的群跟单、锁舱话术、相册报价通道，以及附件上传成功后电脑端关不掉 H5。 
多段激活后无需再带工单号；含空运群回复走机器人；复制补问清单时空货好时间不再吃成下一行编号。

群里按 BOT 通道激活当前工单、航线报价和成交跟进；没有 TMS 报价编号时用工单字段补齐仍调锁舱，避免被本地规则拦住。
