空运协同里手工改费用、有起运地、锁舱失败或缺参会被误判，报价单已出后再激活又重发模板。按销售侧口径收紧这些分支，并让价格卡和未成交回执带上真实工单号。

企微跳转改为账号密码登录，报价卡上的费用按原金额改回；航线按单价数量金额报价时不再记成海运费。

群里按 BOT 通道激活当前工单、航线报价和成交跟进；没有 TMS 报价编号时用工单字段补齐仍调锁舱，避免被本地规则拦住。
